The Black Velvet
- Fill half a champagne flute with Brut Champagne
- Float Guinness Stout on top of Brut Champagne in glass to fill
Build in glass as mentioned in ingredients section above
Dan's Alternate Build: Fade to Black
- 1/2 ounce Cherry Herring
- 3/4 ounce Campari
- Equal parts beer (Stout or Porter) and Sparking Brut to fill in a flute glass
Build directly in the glass and garnish with a Luxardo cherry
