After spending a decade in IT consulting, you could say that a cocktail is in order. During the day, Andrew works as a Pre-Sales Technical Specialist at k2 and at night running ChicagosNext NFP an organization helping students and professionals learn new technology.
History, at times, is fascinating to me but to be able to recreate history is what keeps me buried in these craft cocktail books and asking these bartenders for guidance. It is a gift to be able to pass their stories on to my friends and family.
